We love Ashley Graham's empowering body-positive posts - and her most recent picture has an important message for mothers. Despite being a natural part of mothering, it's safe to say breastfeeding has caused some controversy over the last few years.

Ask any mother and it's likely they'll tell you they've felt uncomfortable breastfeeding at one point or another. But Ashley seems determined to show just how normal it is by sharing photos of herself feeding her son in various places.

This evening, Ashley shared yet another beautiful picture of herself sat in bed breastfeeding her son Isaac. The model captioned the intimate picture: "Multitasking Sunday."

Fans praised the picture, with many mothers thanking her for her post.

"you’re so empowering and i can’t even begin to explain how much you inspire me."

"Me 😂 everyday 🤱🙌 keep posting breastfeeding pics! Helps a lot of mothers out there who struggle with anxiety when feeding in public! I definitely did at the start!" said one.

"You are such a role model thank you ❤️❤️"

"4 kids nursed them all for 2 years each. It's amazing what you can do with one hand. 😜"

This isn't the first breastfeeding picture Ashley Graham has shared. Last week she posted a picture of herself feeding Isaac in a public coffee shop, which received the same if not more positive comments.

And Ashley's not the only celebrity to champion breastfeeding on social media. Back in 2013 supermodel Gisele Bündchen shared a now iconic picture of her breastfeeding daughter Vivian whilst getting ready for a supposed shoot.

Last year she also posted a breastfeeding throwback photo of her and Vivien, captioning it: "One of the most special moments I’ve shared with my kids was while breastfeeding,” she captioned the sweet mother-daughter shot. “That special look you get, that feeling of connection is unlike anything I have ever experienced."

"I love how #breastfeedingawarenessmonth shines a light on the importance of breastfeeding. Yes, in the beginning, it can be difficult, it can hurt (the cracks, bleeding, engorgement), but no matter how challenging, I would not change that experience for anything in this world."

"I feel blessed that I was able to nourish them in this way. Congratulations to all mamas out there for the effort that we put in, the ones who breastfeed, and those who could not and have had heartbreaking moments trying to."

"I celebrate all of you! 💕"

We love that both Ashley and Gisele are spearheading such a powerful message. No one should ever feel embarrassed or ashamed to breastfeed.
