Aston Villa host Leeds this evening as Dean Smith’s team aim to go top of the Premier League.

Villa’s four victories from their first four top-flight games have them second in the standings, one point behind Everton but with a match in hand over the Toffees.

Meanwhile, newly-promoted Leeds have won two, lost two and drawn one in a mixed start to their first Premier League season in 16 years.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side are 10th in the table as a result, but a win here could send them as high as fourth – or third, it it is a convincing win – if only briefly.
