Even the top models can have problems with their breasts. For Australian supermodel Jessica Hart, 30, one of her daily setbacks include having to deal with her “low-set breasts”.

“For me, my biggest problem is that I have low-set breasts and a lot of sports bras are non-adjustable,” said Hart candidly during a media session on Tuesday (28 Feb) in Sydney, as part of the launch of Triumph’s new range of sports bras called Triaction.

“I’m always falling out [at] the bottom. It’s so uncomfortable. I can’t run. If I stretch up, they come out [at] the bottom,” added Hart, who is also Triumph’s brand ambassador for the Spring/Summer 2017 campaign.

In case you were wondering, low-set breasts refer to when a woman’s cleavage is lower than the distance between her forehead and her chin.

Fortunately, Hart found a simple solution to this booby trap after finally plucking the courage to go up to a bra specialist and get herself properly fitted.

After which, she was able to find the right bras for her breast shape.

“There’s nothing worse than an uncomfortable bra. Ruins your day,” quipped Hart.

When it comes to feeling and looking fabulous, the fitness junkie loves to trick herself into new exercises to keep herself entertained.

“It’s always important to change up your workout routine because your body gets used to things. So I’m always trying to trick myself into new exercises to keep myself entertained,” she said. A healthy diet and drinking plenty of water are also part of her health regime.

Known for her trademark gap-toothed smile, Hart has walked for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2012 and 2013.

She missed out on the show in 2014 after throwing shade at singer Taylor Swift by saying that the “Blank Space” songstress “didn’t fit” with the show. It was later reported that Swift had requested for Hart to be excluded from the VS runway. The lingerie brand has denied this rumour though.

Meanwhile, Hart previously told Vogue Australia that her comments were taken out of context.

Hart has also modelled for Marc Jacobs, H&M and Michael Kors. In 2014, she founded LUMA, a range of cosmetics made from natural materials.

She is currently based in New York and rumoured to be engaged to Greek billionaire Stavros Niarchos III.
