Banyan Tree’s new Brisbane project showcased at St Regis Singapore

Banyan Tree’s newly launched Brisbane Residences will be showcased at The St Regis Singapore on April 21 and 22 from 11am to 7pm.

The project, located at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane’s Central Business District, features 100 freehold private residences over 10 levels, at prices starting from A$550,000 ($560,700). There are four penthouses, 15 three-bedroom apartments, 41 two-bedroom apartments and
40 one-bedroom apartments.

Homeowners will be able to enjoy 24-hour concierge service, an on-site spa and retail gallery, gym and swimming pool facilities, a rooftop garden and dining venues. The site is also close to universities, hospitals and leisure facilities.

Residents will receive memberships to the Banyan Tree Sanctuary Club, with discounts and privileges at The Banyan Group’s resorts, spas and galleries. They will also be given free accommodation for a week each year for up to five years in selected Banyan Tree resorts and one free monthly spa treatment for up to two years at the on-site spa in Brisbane.

The Brisbane development is Banyan Tree’s first branded residence in Australia. The group has so far launched Banyan Tree Residences in China, Indonesia, Mexico, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam.
