Ousmane Dembele has been named in Barcelona's squad for the Champions League final phase in Lisbon.

The French winger has not played since limping off against Borussia Dortmund last November and then suffering a serious hamstring injury as he closed in on a return to action in February.

That saw the 23-year-old ruled out for six months and he was deregistered in LaLiga to allow Barca to bring in striker Martin Braithwaite in an emergency deal.

Dembele has been back in full training for Barca since late last month and the club considered calling him up for Friday's last-16 second leg against Napoli, before opting not to risk the former Dortmund winger.

Braithwaite is also in the squad, despite the fact that he ineligible to play in the Champions League. The Danish striker could only feature if several Barca players test positive for Covid-19.

Samuel Umtiti remains sidelined and is not included on the 26-man list, while midfielder Arthur Melo is also excluded and will not play for the club again after his recent disciplinary problems ahead of a summer transfer to Juventus.

The squad features a number of young players, including Ansu Fati and Riqui Puig, as well as American winger Konrad de la Fuente, who was an unused substitute against Napoli.

Barca face Bayern Munich in a one-off quarter-final match on Friday.
