BBC One to air seven Agatha Christie adaptations

Agatha Christie fans are sure to get their fill, as BBC One enters into a deal with Agatha Christie Productions to create seven adaptations of the author's works over the next four years, reports Deadline.

First in line is "Ordeal by Innocence," to be adapted by Sara Phelps, which is said to have been one of Christie's favorites. Also set to be adapted are "Death Comes as the End" and "The ABC Murders."

Christie's works have been favorites on the small screen -- in December, miniseries "And Then There Were None" aired on BBC One to great success, while filming is currently underway on the adaptation of "The Witness For The Prosecution." A six-part series on the author's "Partners in Crime" also aired on BBC One between July and August 2015.
