Bianca Wu involved in minor accident in Iceland
18 Feb – Hong Kong-based singer Bianca Wu recently revealed that she and her crew were involved in a minor accident in Iceland while working on a project there.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who was filming her new music video in Blue Lagoon, Iceland, posted a video where viewers can see that the vehicle she was in got stuck in the ice.
"We encountered a small accident on the return trip. Although everyone was a little scared, nobody sustained any injury," she posted.
Bianca stated that despite the driver being a local who understands the road around the area, the winter weather and heavy snow could still change the course and cause accidents.
"On the other hand, I was also shocked to find out that there was a valley a few hundred meters ahead. If the accident occurred in those areas, the consequences could be disastrous," she added.
In an interview with the Hong Kong media following the accident, Bianca stated that she had already done her research about the area prior to filming, but didn't expect that the weather would change dramatically.
"Fortunately, the tour guide called a trailer to save us. People in Iceland are very helpful. After that, we got into another car and left," she said.
