Bihar: This Handcart Puller's Son Can Lift 110 Kg With His Teeth; Desires Support From Govt To Compete In Global Events

25-year-old Bihar youth Ranjan Kumar, son of a handcart puller, possesses the unique ability of lifting up to Rs 110 kilograms just by his teeth.

Despite never having received any formal training, Kumar is even capable of pulling a truck up to some distance solely by his teeth.

“I started practicing weight lifting from 50 kgs, from my school days and began lifting weight in public from 2012,” the young man was quoted in a report by the New Indian Express.

He added, “I can now successfully lift up to 110 kg of weights with my teeth. I cherish the dream to break (Walter) Arfeuille's record.”

Ranjan is a graduate from the SNS College in Hajipur and claims that he can break the world record provided he receives the adequate support.

He said that one needs to develop a bodyweight of 150 kgs with greater strength in the stamina to lift heavyweights.

However, Ranjan asserted that only sheer training and practice under a well-managed training centre can enable one to achieve such feats.

He has appealed to Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi and Bihar Chief Minister (CM) Nitish Kumar to lend enough support for him to participate in international competitions.
