Billie Lourd Announces She Welcomed Her First Baby Boy After Completely Secret Pregnancy

Billie Lourd is now a mother—and the actress joins the rank of celebrities who have managed to keep their pregnancy completely secret. Lourd made the surprise announcement on her Instagram last night, revealing she recently welcomed a son with her fiancé Austen Rydell. Lourd is the 28-year-old daughter of the late Carrie Fisher.

"👑💙👑Introducing: 💙👑💙Kingston Fisher Lourd Rydell💙👑💙," Lourd wrote alongside a photo of his feet. Her Scream Queens co-stars Lea Michele, who recently welcomed a son, and Emma Roberts, who's pregnant with her own baby boy, were ecstatic about the news.

"Screaming!!! Love you guys so much ♥️" Roberts commented.

"He’s finally here! So happy for you! Boy moms! 💙💙💙 @emmaroberts ❤️" Michele wrote.

Rydell announced the couple's engagement on his Instagram in June. "💍💍💍She said YES!! (Actually she said “Duhhh”) But I guess that’s even better than yes?!? 💗🤪🎉🎰💥🍾" he wrote. He shared a recent video of him and Lourd in the post on the third slide, featuring her during her pregnancy:

Lourd posted minimally on her Instagram throughout her pregnancy, usually sharing throwback photos, ensuring she could keep the time to herself. She regularly posted about her fiancé, writing on his birthday in April, "🎉💑🎉Happy birthday to my #quaranteenagedream @avstenrydell #iloveyouisanunderstatement !!! 💝❤️💖💜💓💙💗💛💘🧡💚💞🖤💕"

For his birthday in April 2019, she called him the love of her life. "❤️🎉❤️ Happy birthday to the love of m’life! You make all of our adventures feel like home. Iloveyouiloveyouiloveyou," she wrote.

Lourd and Rydell have dated on-off for years, reconciling most recently in 2017 after Lourd's split from Scream Queens co-star Taylor Lautner.
