Vice President Jejomar Binay enjoys the highest national approval rating, 12 points higher than that of President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino's score.

In a nationwide Pulse Asia survey conducted on May 21-June 4, Binay registered an approval rating of 83 percent.

According to Pulse Asia, Aquino received an approval rating of 71 percent, a decline from last March's 75 percent.

Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile got an approval rating of 57 percent; House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte with approval rating of 39 percent; and Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona at the bottom with only 28 percent of approval rating, said Pulse Asia.

For trust ratings, Pulse Asia said Binay is the most-trusted among the top five national government officials with 81 percent while Corona has the lowest trust rating with only 23 percent. Corona also has the highest disapproval rating at 25 percent.

Meanwhile, Enrile has a trust rating of 49 percent and Belmonte got 33 percent.
