A man was stabbed just outside Raffles Place MRT station in Singapore's business district at about 1pm on Friday, according to eyewitnesses.
Raymond Liw, a 41-year-old engineer, said he saw two men quarreling near the station before one stabbed the other from behind.

Woman’s torso found in tank
The torso of a woman, believed to be Indonesian, was recovered from a septic tank in a bungalow under construction in Jalan Setia Murni, Bukit Damansara, here last night.
Police arrested several foreign men, believed to be the occupants of a quarters within the bungalow compound, following the 7pm discovery.

Asiana service to San Francisco suspended for 45 days
South Korea on Friday ordered a 45-day suspension of Asiana Airlines' service to San Francisco as a penalty for one of its planes crashing there last year, the transport ministry said.
Asiana said it would appeal the decision, citing the inconvenience for passengers booked on the once-a-day service between Incheon and San Francisco.
