The proposed bill will cover a broad range of behaviour such as stalking, bullying of children, sexual harassment within and outside the workplace as well as cyber-bullying.
Third service disruption on SMRT this week caused by signal fault
A signal fault on SMRT's Circle Line on Thursday morning caused another service disruption, the third this week alone, affecting commuters travelling from Paya Lebar to Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations. Train services were affected between 6am and 9am and SMRT informed commuters via its Twitter feed to add an estimated 20 minutes of travelling time from Paya Lebar to Dhoby Ghaut.

Singapore's new Sports Hub unveils rugby, tennis and music events
