Singapore-based game developer Planet Arkadia is offering investments in what is believed to be the world's first million dollar virtual property.

The company is offering players of the Entropia Universe game the chance to invest in 200,000 deeds priced at US$5.00 each – or PED 50 which is the in-game currency.

This innovative offering has been launched in direct response to player demand for more opportunities to invest.

Thai satellite spots 300 floating objects in search for flight MH370

A Thai satellite is the latest to spot floating objects in the Indian Ocean close to the spot where a massive search operation is on for the Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, reported The Nation daily.

The Thai newspaper said Thailand Earth Observation Satellite (Thaichote) has spotted 300 floating objects about 200 kilometres southwest of the area where multinational aircraft and ships had been scouring the waters for possible debris from the Boeing 777 aircraft.

Candy Crush maker King Digital shares sour in market debut

Shares in "Candy Crush Saga" maker King Digital Entertainment Plc fell as much as 16 per cent in their Wednesday debut.

Mobile game industry executives had looked to London-based King's IPO to help sweep aside skepticism over a notoriously fickle and volatile market.

But King's shares fell to a low of $18.90 in afternoon trade from their IPO price of $22.50, which valued the company at about $6 billion.
