Bow Road: Hunt for attempted kidnapper who tried to snatch two children from east London street
Police are hunting a man who attempted to kidnap two children from an east London street.
Officers on Tuesday released an E-fit of a man they want to speak to over the attempted kidnapping on Bow Road at around 4.30pm on November 27.
He is described as a white man with blonde hair, no facial hair and of a short height.
He was wearing a white t-shirt and black trousers with black shoes.
