GToken is a mobile games publisher, mobile advertising company and a crowdsourcing community. The startup has created its own online gaming platform, common gaming currency and community with the aim of driving traffic and revenue through empowerment.

The company claims it has over a million users across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and China.

The company’s founding investors include Ivan Lee, a serial entrepreneur whose previous F&B company was acquired for approximately S$100 million (US$73 million). Lee is also Founder of Raging Bull, a private investment fund focused on tech.

GToken claims it is currently valued at an estimated US$60 million.

“As a world champion in professional sports and a fighter all my life, I know what it takes to succeed on the global scale,” said Pacquiao. “I’m confident that GToken has that special fighting spirit to be one of the strongest global players in the mobile gaming and advertising space and I’m proud to be part of the team.”

GToken is one of the first five companies who will be exhibiting under the Create Zone, an area dedicated to either promising startups or for companies that provide services to them, as part of the Create Marketplace at the Echelon Asia Summit 2016.
