The Boys' Antony Starr has posted pictures on Instagram of some of the first costume fittings for his character Homelander's suit, and he looks so different.

Mainly because Starr wasn't sporting the leader of The Seven's perfectly styled blonde locks at that point, so it doesn't quite look like him.

Starr captioned the pictures: "Just found these early 2018 shots of the suit, first time trying it on complete.

"It took six months (approx) to get to this stage. Amazing process to watch the team build it. To think how far we've come...four suits in, more to come!!"

The show is currently airing weekly on Amazon Prime Video, which hasn't been a popular format for fans who are desperate to binge on the series and don't want to wait to see the next episode.

Some have been so angry about it, they have been purposely writing negative reviews because they're not getting the whole season in one go.

In response, showrunner Erik Kripke shared an edited version of a clip from season two where Homelander flicks through a load of the one-star reviews, growing increasingly frustrated at them.

It was a really cool way of responding to the rather upset fans, and he captioned his tweet: "Homelander has... feelings... about the 1 star reviews. (NEW EP TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT)."

But just think, if this was the way we used to watch TV (pre streaming services), how did we do it?

The Boys season two dropped on Amazon Prime Video on September 4 with episodes 1-3, and now continues weekly, dropping new episodes each Friday.
