‘To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before’ Spinoff Blows Past ‘Queen Charlotte’ to Become the Top Show on Netflix

Jenny Han stans, rise! There's a new To All the Boys I've Loved Before spinoff series, titled XO, Kitty, that has just arrived on Netflix. And in a matter of only three days, it's already jumped into the number-one spot on the site's list of most-watched TV shows (surpassing the reigning Queen Charlotte).

This new romantic dramedy series focuses on, you guessed it, Kitty Song Covey, AKA the younger sister of Lara Jean from the To All the Boys film series. Except, this time around, the young matchmaker learns a few things about her own love life.

Per Netflix, the synopsis reads: “Teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey thinks she knows everything there is to know about love. But when she moves halfway across the world to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend, she'll soon realize that relationships are a lot more complicated when it’s your own heart on the line.”

And for fans of the original film series, don't worry about continuation when it comes to the story. Jenny Han, who wrote the To All the Boys trilogy of books, was the creator of the series. Oh, and she helped write the first episode.

In addition to Anna Cathcart, who reprises her role as Kitty, XO, Kitty also stars Choi Min-young, Anthony Keyvan, Gia Kim, Sang Heon Lee and Peter Thurnwald.

All 10 episodes of the series are currently available to stream on Netflix. However, we have no idea if the series will be renewed for a second season (but we'll be keeping our fingers crossed).

Time to get streaming!
