Brie Bella is treasuring her post-baby body.

On Monday, the 37-year-old wrestling star shared a mirror selfie showing off her abs seven months after giving birth to her second child Buddy by C-section. In the caption, she opened up about her weight loss journey and loving the skin she is in.

"The more baby weight I lose the more my treasure marks from Buddy are showing up," she wrote. "Buddy pretty much grew through my belly button lol I guess the old wives tales were right how boys grow! Low!! After my second C section I’ve been really kicking my butt to get my abs back! And sooo is the saggy stomach which is normal after babies."

She went on to admit that she has struggled with body image since having her son saying that "sometimes it’s hard for me to look in the mirror and see my body."

"I always tell myself to be kind and grateful but I’m human so picking myself apart happens. That’s why Nikki and I really wanted to create a body wash that every morning and night when you are completely vulnerable you see the words Empowered. Instead of tearing yourself down, you build yourself up. You might see me at the pool in my one piece but I’m showing all of you that my treasure marks are something special. They remind me of a special connection I got to share with my sweet babies for 9 months," she said.

Fans took to Brie's comments to thank her for her transparency and called her an inspiration.

"Your body is so beautiful, thank you so much for always inspiring us to love our body and to love who we are," a fan wrote.

"Thank you for being brave and showing others that all of us are human and beautiful no matter what," someone praised.

"You look amazing," one person continued.

"Thank you for sharing this, truly inspiring and I know I'm not alone," a commenter added.

In an interview with SheKnows, Bella and her sister Nikki, opened up about self-care during the pandemic and how she stays healthy.

“Sometimes I feel like people are like, 'I have to work out hardcore five days a week to be healthy.' But that's not necessarily true for me," she revealed. "Self-care is about what makes you feel like the best you. [For me that's] being outside and pushing my baby and smelling the trees and the fresh air. I feel like I'm not only burning calories, but my mental health is also getting good exercise."
