MANILA, Philippines - The Unviersity of Sto. Tomas College of Fine Arts and Design (UST-CAFA), its Painting department, and Grupong TOMASINO, mount ''Brushstrokes towards 400, '' the annual exhibition of alumni and faculty members.
The exhibition aims to document and catalogue the selected products of the UST-CAFA, the premier school in modern art of the country. It is the contribution of the college and Grupong TOMASINO to the university's quadricentennial celebrations.
It is significant to recognize those who had continued and are continuing the remarkable legacy of National Artist Victorio Edades, as well as those of the distinguished roster of pioneer faculty members.
This year's participating artists are: Dante Lerma, Patrick Neil Santiago, Rea Adonis, Leonardo Uy, Romeo Gutierrez, Mario Parial, Fil dela Cruz, Ernie Velasquez, Julio, Jose Austria, Reynaldo de Guzman, Ma. Teresita Torda, Rosalinda Perez Cruzat, Threesend Astrid Castillo, Angelito Antonio, Ana de Leon, Blaine Rosales,Rafael Gozum, Dino Gabito, Leoncio Meneses, Edgardo Lantin, Carmel Cucueco, Noel Catacutan, Janos dela Cruz, Michael Belleza, Dennis Miguel, Azaqueil Solis, Juert Asejo, Jan Min Jee, Erbu Buhay, Rosario Bitanga, Katrina Ann Tan, Michael Blanco, Manuel Baldemor, Jose Tence Ruiz, Al Perez, Jun Montifar, Eric Cachero, Josefine delos Santos, Rafael Concepcion, Michael Kao, Con Kalao, Gensen Moreno, Red de Leon, Didith Rubillo, Pinggot Zulueta, and Violini Venturanza.

The exhibit is onging at the Beato Angelico Main Gallery until Monday, Jan. 31.
