(SOUNDBITE) (Khmer) 25-YEAR-OLD OFFICE BEER YOGA PARTICIPANT, SREYLINE BACHA, SAYING:"For me, I do not like traditional yoga because I get bored after about 20 minutes, but I have more fun with beer yoga. It's not as serious as traditional yoga. As you can see, when we practice beer yoga, we are with friends and say 'cheers' and sip beer and that makes me feel very happy."
Classes cost $8 for an hour-long session
which includes one beer
The weekly class is limited
to just a dozen participants
(SOUNDBITE) (English) BEERPRO IMPORT EXPORT CO GENERAL MANAGER, CONNOR CHENEY KIRSCH, SAYING:"So the beer yoga is all about the community, about the people that come together after work to have a beer and also do a little bit of exercise together. Sometimes it is quite hard like today but if you fall over, or something, nobody is going to look at you in a strange way. It's all about the fun all about having a good time together after work."
