The 808-unit Lillie Square comprises ten 6- to 15-storey residential blocks. The first tranche of units includes one- to three-bedroom units and penthouses, and four- to five-bedders with private gardens and carpark garage. These units were completed in 2016. The next phase will have one- to three-bedroom units and will be completed by 2020. Prices at Lillie Square start from £775,000.

Open spaces will occupy half the 1.5-hectare site. The development is also creating a new garden square address and will incorporate an 80m long principal garden square. Lillie Square is designed by PDP London Architects.
