Wednesday night's TV offers some fascinating documentaries, including BBC Two's Catching A Predator which looks at the biggest rape case in legal history that took place in Manchester from 2017 to 2019.

Alexander Armstrong is jetting off to Iceland for Channel 5's new travel series, while Disney+ journeys much further afield in NASA mission documentary Among the Stars.

Reynhard Sinaga was convicted last year of 136 counts of rape against dozens of young men in Manchester, but police believe the largest rape case in British legal history could run into even higher numbers than that.

The documentary looks at the investigation into his horrific crimes, which included drugging and assaulting men he met at nightclubs, as police and those who knew him explain how he seemed completely inoffensive.

Iceland with Alexander Armstrong - Channel 5 - 9pm

It's the closest most of us will get to travelling to Iceland any time soon, but luckily Alexander Armstrong guides us expertly through the landscape and culture.

He begins his journey by flying in a helicopter over an erupting volvano near Reykjavik and then moves on to the Golden Circle for some of the country's best sights.

Action comedy Brassic returns for a third season starring Michelle Keegan as single mum Erin and the group of petty criminals she's a part of.

It's six months on from the events of the last series and Vinnie has been released from prison, with every intention of resuming his life of crime - this time by selling stolen bull semen.

Get a front row seat to life at NASA with Captain Chris Cassidy, who first travelled to space in 2009 but now wants to go on another mission to the stars.

He's been working as Chief of the Astronaut Office at NASA and this fascinating documentary gives a look behind the scenes at how the organisation works with some stunning views of space.

It's the second and final part of the 28-year-old update from the documentary that catches up with its contributors every seven years from their seventh birthday onwards.

This time, we get updates from Stacey who's returned home after teaching in China for eight years, Talan who is taking up studying again for the second time after battling mental health issues, and Ryan who has cerebral palsy and is about to move into his own home.

It's the last time we'll hear from the group until they're 35 and will tell us what the next seven years bring.
