Kate Middleton, the new Princess of Wales, is loved and admired by many—including Welsh actress Catherine Zeta-Jones.

On Instagram, the Ocean’s Twelve alum posted a picture of the princess bending down and hugging a little girl dressed in a traditional Welsh costume. The photo was taken on Middleton and Prince William’s recent trip to Wales (the first under their new titles), where they met with various workers and volunteers at the RNLI Holyhead Lifeboat Station.

“I love our Princess of Wales [red heart emoji] I love our Welsh National Costume,” Zeta-Jones wrote in the caption.

According to People, Zeta-Jones was originally born in Swansea, Wales, and has shown her unwavering support to the country in the past. In July 2019, she was honored with Freedom of the City of Swansea. The 53-year-old actress was also named a Commander of the British Empire (the highest ranking Order of the British Empire award) back in 2011.

During the royal couple’s trip to Wales, Middleton and Prince William made their first stop in Anglesey (the northwest island of Wales).

The island holds a special place in their hearts—being that’s where they spent their time as newlyweds and as first-time parents. After welcoming their first child, Prince George, the couple lived there for a few months.
