Cedric Lee is back with another libel complaint

The businessman is adding another libel complaint against ex-girlfriend Vina Morales

21 Oct - Businessman Cedric Lee is filing another libel complaint against his ex-girlfriend, Vina Morales, following his previous announcement that he would be filing six cases against her back in June.

As reported on PEP News, Lee, who claimed that Morales has been spewing lies about him, stated that he is adding another one in Pasig after she mentioned him again in public through Boy Abunda's show last week.

Lee also updated the media with all the cases, saying, "Both the Caloocan and Cabanatuan libel cases are submitted for resolution. Regarding the Paranaque perjury, Vina submitted her counter-affidavit on [17 October]. So we will file our reply, then it will be submitted for resolution."

As for Morales' complaint of kidnapping that she filed in Mandaluyong, Lee said that he will be filing his counter-affidavit together with the new perjury case against her.

"So we hope to get all her warrant of arrests issued by November. That's Pasig, Paranaque, Mandaluyong, Caloocan, and Cabanatuan. [...] We are also preparing all the civil cases to be filed in Quezon City, for all the damages she caused. We will attach all her properties including her brand new house," said Lee, adding that all the proceeds will be donated to the government's drug rehabilitation programme.

Lee stressed that he has promised his daughter that he will get her back and that he will do everything to fulfill his promise.

The issue between Morales and Lee started back in June, after she accused him of violating court-approved visitation rights by taking their daughter Ceana away for nine days while Morales was away on vacation with new boyfriend, Marc Lambert.
