The newly-appointed CEO of Elite Commercial REIT’s MXNU
manager, Joshua Liaw, has acquired 23,300 units from the open market at 24.5 British pence (41.7 cents) apiece.
Liaw, who was made CEO on June 17, purchased the units totalling GBP5,708.50 on Sept 8.
His acquisition has upped his stake to 62,300 units representing 0.013% of the REIT’s total number of units.
Units in Elite Commercial REIT closed 0.5 British pence lower or 2% down at 24.5 British pence on Sept 8.
