Claudine Barretto is tired of legal battle
1 Oct - "I gave my all until the end, but still..." said "Mula Sa Puso" actress Claudine Barretto, when asked about her legal battle with estranged husband, Raymart Santiago.
According to ABS-CBN News, the 36-year-old actress, who appeared on the talk show "Tonight with Boy Abunda" on 30 September, explained the reason behind her recent Instagram post, where she wrote "I tried, I tried, I tried, I tried, I'm tired".
"It was something that the court organised for me and Santiago. It's the last stage, and yet it was still not properly organised."
Barretto married Santiago back in 2004. They have two children together - eldest daughter Sabina was adopted in 2004, while son Santino was born in 2007.
Their legal battle started in 2013, after Barretto claimed that she suffered years of abuse from the comedian.
Meanwhile, Barretto admitted that she is always thinking about late actor boyfriend, Rico Yan, who passed away in 2002 due to cardiac arrest. They were already dating for four years before the tragedy.
"There's not a day goes by that I don't think of him," she said.
