NBC was first in ratings with a 1.0 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 5.3 million, according to preliminary numbers. “Ellen’s Game of Games” at 8 p.m. had a 1.0/5 and 4.6 million viewers. At 9 p.m., “This Is Us” drew a 1.3/7 and 6.4 million viewers. “New Amsterdam” at 10 p.m. got a 0.7/4 and 4.8 million viewers.

CBS was second in ratings with a 0.9/5 and first in viewers with 9.1 million. “NCIS” at 8 p.m. landed a 1.1/6 and 11.8 million viewers. At 9 p.m., “FBI” had a 0.9/5 and 9.2 million viewers. “FBI: Most Wanted” at 10 p.m. got a 0.7/4 and 6.2 million viewers.

At 8:30 p.m., “Bless This Mess” received a 0.6/3 and 3.3 million viewers. “mixed-ish” at 9 p.m. settled for a 0.5/3 and 2.5 million viewers. “black-ish” at 9:30 p.m. also got a 0.5/3, but drew 2.4 million viewers. At 10 p.m., “For Life” closed the night with a 0.6/3 and 2.6 million viewers.

Fox was fourth in ratings with a 0.6/3 and in viewers with 3 million. At 8 p.m., “The Resident” took a 0.7/3 and 3.8 million viewers. “Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back” at 9 p.m. had a 0.6/3 and 2.2 million viewers.

Univision was fifth in ratings with a 0.5/3 and in viewers with 1.6 million.

Telemundo and The CW tied for sixth in ratings, both with a 0.3. Telemundo had a 2 share, The CW got a 1. Telemundo was sixth in total viewers with 1 million, The CW was seventh with 918,000.

For The CW, “The Flash” at 8 p.m. got a 0.4/2 and 1.1 million viewers. At 9 p.m., “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” managed a 0.2/1 and 735,000 viewers.
