Could "Kylie Con" Be Coming to a City Near You?

From Harper's BAZAAR

  • Kylie Jenner just possibly trademarked the name of a potential beauty convention for her makeup line, Kylie Cosmetics.

  • The trademarked names include Kylie Con, Kylie Kon, and Kylie Museum.

  • The terms may end up being used on clothing and accessories for adults and children, and also for "beauty-related consultation services, classes, workshops, exhibitions and interactive experiences for social entertainment purposes."

Look out, beauty lovers. A Kylie Cosmetics convention may be heading your way. Washington, D.C.–based lawyer Josh Gerben discovered today that Kylie Jenner just trademarked three names that could possibly be monikers for a beauty convention based on her successful makeup line. The filings include trademarks for Kylie Con, Kylie Kon, and Kylie Museum.

"The filings were made on January 9th and indicate a new event, called KLYIE CON (or KON), is in the works," Gerben wrote on Twitter, including a video of his findings.

These terms may end up being used on clothing and accessories for adults and children, and for "beauty-related consultation services, classes, workshops, exhibitions and interactive experiences for social entertainment purposes," according to E! News.

The last big Kylie Cosmetics announcement was when Jenner revealed her next collaborator for 2020: her nearly two-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster.

The makeup mogul posted a behind-the-scenes photo of the making of Kylie Cosmetics' Valentine's Day collection, with Stormi present at the brainstorming session, indicating that the youngster (and their mutual appreciation for butterflies) is a big inspiration for the upcoming collection.

Stormi's birthday is also on February 1, making it the perfect time for Jenner's daughter to make her beauty industry debut.
