Crowd Gathers for Pence Rally in Gilford, New Hampshire

A crowd gathered for a rally held by Vice President Mike Pence in Gilford, New Hampshire on September 22, reportedly to highlight President Trump’s accomplishments during his first term in office.

Footage shows assemblers awaiting the rally in Gilford’s Laconia Municipal Airport, while onlooker Adam Lange, self identified as being part of the United Cape Patriots, narrates. “Everybody’s charged up,” he says, “you can see the fake news media in the back getting set up.”

He adds: “If Boston Fox 25 is here today, they’ll probably use the video and talk about systemic racism, climate change, kung flu, and how the barbarian, Mitch McConnell, is going to put a conservative justice in place on the Supreme Court.”

Local news reported Pence got the crowd to chant ‘fill the seat,’ in response to the empty seat on the Supreme Court following the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Ginsburg died on September 18, from complications due to pancreatic cancer. She had recently said that her most “fervent wish” was to not be replaced until a new president takes office, according to reports. Credit: Adam Lange via Storyful
