When the Razer Phone was first announced, availability was limited to Western countries, specifically the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Denmark, and Sweden.

In a nod to the company’s Singaporean heritage, though, Razer announced today the device will be available for pre-order in the city-state from November 23. Singapore will be the first market in Asia to get the Razer Phone.

“While we founded Razer in California, US, I’m a Singaporean still and I’m very excited to make Singapore the first country in Asia to release the Razer Phone,” said co-founder and CEO Min-Liang Tan in a statement.

Cache Logistics Trust is a REIT that focuses on logistics properties. It currently has 19 logistics warehouse properties in its portfolio which are located in established logistics clusters in Singapore, Australia, and China.

In late October, Cache Logistics Trust released its 2017 third quarter earnings. The REIT experienced a 2.2% year-on-year decline in gross revenue to S$27.43 million. Consequently, net property income, at S$21.34 million, was 3.3% lower than a year ago. Partly as a result of a September 2017 rights issue, Cache Logistics Trust’s distribution per unit fell by 12.8% year-on-year to 1.541 cents.

In order to accelerate re-signalling works and improve reliability of the North-South and East-West Lines (NSEWL), 17 East West Line (EWL) MRT stations and two North-South Line (NSL) MRT stations will close earlier on Fridays and Saturdays, and open later on Saturdays and Sundays between 8 December to 31 December.

According to a statement by SMRT, the 17 EWL MRT stations are from Tiong Bahru to Tuas Link stations, while the NSL MRT stations are Bukit Batok and Bukit Gombak stations.
