Danielle Lloyd 'over the moon' after welcoming a baby girl

Danielle Lloyd. has welcomed a baby girl, after admitting she was desperate to have a daughter

The 37-year-old former Celebrity Big Brother star - who already has four sons - confirmed she was expecting a girl with her electrician husband Michael O’Neill earlier this year.

Lloyd wrote on Instagram: "Friday we welcomed our beautiful baby girl to complete our family.

"We are all over the moon and both mummy & baby are doing well."

She is expected to reveal her daughter's name to OK! Magazine after confirming she had an exclusive deal with the publication.

Lloyd recently confessed she was "gutted" after Stacey Solomon called her baby daughter the name she liked.

She said: "We’ve also been thinking more about what we would like to call our little girl when she finally arrives.

"Sadly, Stacey Solomon chose Rose, which was one of our favourites! We're gutted!"

The ex-wife of footballer Jamie O’Hara has a four-year-old son Ronnie with husband O'Neill, as well as sons Archie, 11, Harry, 10, and George, eight, with O’Hara.

When she fell pregnant with her fifth child she said she was expecting to be told she had another boy on the way.

However, she was stunned when she went for a scan and was told that she and her husband were having a daughter.

"I burst into tears straight away, I just couldn’t believe it,” she previously told OK!

“I’m over the moon. I can’t really believe it, to be honest,” she went on. "I don’t think it will feel real until she arrives."
