First, add eggplant and mushroom to a baking pan, and drizzle on some olive oil before baking them until golden brown. Next, chop cherry tomatoes and then cook them with some garlic until they’re tender. Add kale with some lemon juice and spices, followed by the baked eggplant and mushroom. Then add in some tahini and tomato sauce before mixing all the ingredients. Serve with your favorite pasta, and enjoy!

2. Tapas picnic
What could be more romantic than a picnic in the park? This decadent tapas spread features a Manchego and chorizo charcuterie board with grapes, followed by Spanish beans cooked in tomato sauce and garnished with parsley. Additional dishes include patatas bravas (potatoes fried in oil and served with a spicy sauce), shrimp sautéed in a garlic and olive oil sauce, and steak cooked in red wine and garnished with gorgonzola. White wine cookies make for a nice light dessert. Last but not least, sangria and roses provide an especially romantic touch.

First, mix onions, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, oil and butter for this shrimp scampi. Next, toss in prawns and oregano, followed by baby spinach and cooked pasta. Finish off with some more butter, parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
Show your significant other you mean business with this surf and turf classic. This recipe involves a steak seasoned with garlic powder and Cajun powder, and basted with butter and thyme. Sauté a side of asparagus with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. To prepare the lobster tails, cut the shell down the center, then pull up the meat so it’s resting on top of the tail. Sprinkle on some Cajun seasonings, then brush on a mix of melted butter and garlic.
Sharing fondue can be a very intimate experience, making it another great date night option. This fondue for two features three courses in one pot. For a starter, TikToker @forkandhammer pairs Tuscan cheese dip with red wine. For the main entrée, she cooked filet mignon and shrimp along with ravioli and vegetables. Last but not least, the dessert included an assortment of fresh fruits with a chocolate dip.
