Dota 2 fans who weren't lucky enough to score tickets to The International 11 (TI11) in Singapore, you might still have a chance to attend the finals — provided you dress up for it.

A staple of the pageantry surrounding the main event, the Cosplay Competition for TI is currently underway.

Aspiring cosplayers can dress up as their favourite Dota 2 heroes to earn not only tickets to the TI11 Grand Finals, but also a cut of a US$15,000 prize pool.

For this year, cosplayers have until 11.59pm SGT on 1 October to join the TI11 Cosplay Competition. Interested cosplayers can register here.

Participating cosplayers in the competition do not need to be TI11 ticket holders, all cosplayers who register to participate will attend the Judging Event on 27 October.

From the entries, 15 Finalist Winners will be selected to participate in the Cosplay Winners Live Presentation on 29 October at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

All Finalist Winners will receive US$500 and two tickets to attend the TI11 Grand Finals on 29 and 30 October.

For those of you who might not be into cosplay (or were also lucky enough to already have tickets to the finals), you'll be in for a delight, as the cosplay event is known for wowing the TI audience year after year.

TI11 is this year's iteration of Dota 2's annual world championship tournament that will be hosted in Singapore this coming October.

While the tournament is the pinnacle of Dota 2 esports, it also features community-focused events and celebrations like the Short Film Contest and the Cosplay Competition.
