Drone Shows Trail of Debris After Tornado-Warned Storm Hits South Dakota Town

A tornado-warned storm left flooding and a trail of debris in the town of Castlewood, South Dakota, as seen in drone video posted on May 12.

The storm caused significant damage to Castlewood, including to a school and homes, according to local media reports. One person in nearby Sioux Falls was killed.

The National Weather Service had issued a tornado warning for the area on May 12.
