Dylan Tennant has been evicted from 'Big Brother'.
The 39-year-old DJ had been taking part in the ITV2 reality show and assumed the role of house chef but fell out with housemates Trish and Noky when they had been paired up for a special task earlier in the week and nominated him for a separate eviction.
Although he survived that eviction, he accused the girls of "black-on-black" crime and admitted that moment is probably why he was voted out by the public on Friday's (03.11.23) episode.
Speaking to hosts AJ and Will in his first interview following the eviction, he said: "Definitely because I lost my rag the other day. I knew before the nominations. This week, I was getting snappy and there is a flash point there as you can see. I can just say sorry again for my outburst.
On the lead-up to all of this stuff, me and Trish and I were just at each other all the time. We were just off all the way, all the way, all the way.
However, Dylan - who had received nominations from Trish, Yinrun, Matty, Chanelle, Noky, Jenkin, and Henry - is hoping that as the first amputee to take part in the series that he has proven to other amputees that they can do the same if they want to.
"The whole idea of this thing was when I saw the advert was that this would be a good way to do it. I wondered how many amputees had seen that advert and thought 'How can I do that?' Hopefully, along with all the madness, I've shown that I can give it a go."
Dylan was the sixth member of the house to be evicted from the series, following on from security officer Paul Blackburn - who was kicked out just moments before in what was the first double elimination of the show - NHS manager Kerry Riches, 40, youth worker Hallie Clarke, 18, model Zak Srakaew, 28, and 50-year-old makeup artist Farida Khalifa.
Just before wrapping up his interview, Dylan revealed that he would like Chinese native Yinrun, 25, to win the series and walk away with the £100,000 prize because of how much she has been through prior to entertaining the house.
He said: "I think I'm gonna go with Yinrun, I think Yinrun has overcome challenges that no one else has. She's moved from a whole different country and tries to fit in every way possible. And she's just such a happy person."
