Early Voters Gather at Polls in Broward County Despite Rain
Early voting kicked off across most Florida counties on Monday morning, October 19, ahead of the November 3 election. In Broward County, voters waited in long lines to cast their ballots despite the rainy weather.
Fifty-two of Florida’s 67 counties opened for in-person early voting Monday, the Tampa Bay Times
reported.
This footage, shared by Doris Gonzalez, shows voters standing in a “torrential downpour” on Monday morning in Pembroke Pines, Florida. “The electorate is not budging,” Gonzalez wrote in a tweet.
