Elmo Magalona joins ABS-CBN
27 Nov - Former Kapuso star Elmo Magalona is now a part of the Kapamilya.
According to Push, the 21-year-old actor has recently signed with ABS-CBN and its talent agency, Star Magic.
"I can feel the welcoming hearts of everyone here," said the actor at the contract signing event held on 26 November.
The transfer wasn't hard, according to the former GMA star, since it all went according to plan.
"It's a big decision, mostly because it was my mother who helped me go through this. My dad [former rapper-actor Francis Magalona] is also part of the decision as well," he said.
Prior to this, Magalona has been a resident star of GMA-7 for five years, and starred in its various TV series, including "Villa Quintana" and "More Than Words".
When asked if he is still in good terms with his former network, Magalona said that there's no bad vibes between them.
