Embique Condotel Launch Brings Melaka Together With Bique Fest Arts Bazaar
Melaka’s latest ground-breaking development, launches BIQUE FEST 2019, a curated weekend pop-up arts bazaar. BIQUE FEST will bring the community together with HLT LAND and MAGINAIRES to embrace Melaka’s growing creative and gastronomic scene by supporting local artists, designers, and entrepreneurs.
With the launching of EMBIQUE CONDOTEL on Jalan Parameswara, BIQUE FEST will kick off on September 6th, 2019 and continue to run every weekend throughout the month.
The launch of EMBIQUE CONDOTEL and BIQUE FEST, led by the Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Tuan Adly Bin Zahari, with HLT LAND managing directors, Mr. William Lau and Mr. Will Hew and MAGINAIRES UK global experiential designer, Mr. Melvin Lim, celebrates the beginning of the development’s journey in Melaka’s city centre with a month-long art bazaar.

Designed by international award-winning designers, EMBIQUE CONDOTEL aims to create a happier community and bring Melaka together. BIQUE FEST is a proactive activation powered by EMBIQUE CONDOTEL and its partners to engage the community with the arts; embrace Melaka’s growing creative and gastronomic; and support local artists, designers, and entrepreneurs.
BIQUE FEST bazaar goers have the opportunity to experience art in Melaka like never before with over 112 vendors, breathtaking art installations, a delightful street feast, live performances, and endless family fun. Weekly themes include local and international cultural music and dance shows, captivating fashion shows, creative workshops, and inspirational talks.
Along with the arts and fun, BIQUE FEST gives the community a chance to get to know EMBIQUE CONDOTEL’s grounds. Once completed, EMBIQUE CONDOTEL will feature 152 low density units, and a host of innovative amenities including a welcoming open concept lobby, swimming pool, fitness gym, restaurant dining with a swimming pool skylight, dazzling bar lounge, and Melaka’s 1st automated basement parking system; offering investors a unique opportunity to profit from freehold units and condotel amenities with their business investment club.
