Stars descended upon the Vogue Paris Foundation gala dinner Tuesday night during fashion week in the City of Light. And actress Emily Ratajkowski turned heads in a little black dress by French fashion designer Mugler.
The spaghetti-strap gown accentuated her model figure with a plunging neckline and thigh-high M-slits (which paid homage, noted Vogue, to Elizabeth Hurley’s 1994 Versace safety-pin dress).
The 26-year-old styled her hair up and kept a minimal makeup look, but she accentuated her eyes with a winged eyeliner that pulled the modern ensemble together.
The LBD left little to the imagination, but it’s nothing that the actress hasn’t revealed in her Instagram before.
However, Ratajkowski said it’s her sex appeal that is preventing her from landing new acting roles.
She opened up to Harper’s Bazaar Australia on how women and men criticize her confidence.
“There’s this thing that happens to me: ‘Oh, she’s too sexy.’ It’s like an anti-woman thing, that people don’t want to work with me because my boobs are too big,” she said in the magazine’s August issue.
“What’s wrong with boobs? They’re a beautiful feminine thing that needs to be celebrated. Like, who cares? They are great big, they are great small. Why should that be an issue?”
