Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood have been dropped from Gareth Southgate’s latest 30-man England squad after being sent home from the previous camp for breaching coronavirus protocols.

Harry Maguire, who was withdrawn from the last squad following his guilty verdict for aggravated assault, returns for October’s international triple-header against Wales, Belgium and Denmark at Wembley.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been rewarded for his excellent start to the new Premier League season at Everton with his first senior call-up.

Leicester City's Harvey Barnes and Arsenal's Bukayo Saka have also been called upon by Southgate for the first time, while the likes of Conor Coady, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Jack Grealish and Kalvin Phillips have all retained their places.

Southgate has named a large squad due to having three games in quick succession, with a friendly against Ryan Giggs’ Wales before two Nations League meetings.
