3 Jun – 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios, who were behind "Ice Age" and "Rio", has unveiled an epic voice cast for their next CG-animated action adventure, aptly titled "Epic".
According to Deadline, the cast consists of Beyonce, who is making her comeback since going on maternity leave, Colin Farrell, Josh Hutcherson from "The Hunger Games", Amanda Seyfried, Johnny Knoxville, Aziz Ansari, Jason Sudekis and Aerosmith frontman, Steven Tyler.
Other names that are on the list are rapper Pitbull, Blake Anderson and Judah Friedlander.
"Ice Age" series director Chris Wedge would be directing the tale of a girl who is transported into the deep forest of another world, where she must band together with a rag-tag band of whimsical characters in the battle of good versus evil, to save their world as well as hers.
"Epic" is currently set for a release date on May 2013.
