The ERA @ Duta North Wins Best Mid End Condo/Apartment Development (Klang Valley) Award for JKG Land Berhad

Facilities themed to follow a seamless flow from ‘Dawn’ to ‘Noon’ to ‘Eve’, five acres of elevated parkland and freehold units of between 646-1,302 square feet combine to secure a Best Mid End Condo/Apartment Development (Klang Valley) win at the 6th annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) in April 2019. JKG Land Berhad is setting its sights on the metropolis and surrounding areas, with The ERA @ Duta North a pioneer project for the renowned northern Malaysia developer. NRY Architects are at the helm of the award-winning architectural design, with X Dimension focused on creating dynamic interiors. The 14.8-acre development is an ambitious mixed-use project with wetlands on ground level creating an earthy, at-one-with-nature ambiance and rooftop Moon Decks touching the stars with roof gardens, game rooms and relaxation lounges as well as stunning cityscape views. The overall design philosophy of bringing a sense of freedom and green-inspired natural wonder to the project impressed this year’s judges.

An eighth-floor podium is home to the Forest Village with imaginative facilities. Highlights include a 100-metre swimming pool, hammock swings, an outdoor gym, cardio trail, and jungle treehouse, plus a kids’ adventure pool and a water maze. As well as a siesta lounge playground and monkey swing with flying fox, there is an amphitheatre and exercise trail. Other facilities include a giant waterfall, moat, ripple spas, and a putting green with a picnic and dance lawn. Mature trees and over 200 different species of flora envelop the development’s outdoor spaces into resort-style landscapes.
A standout feature of the well-designed units is a dual-key layout that truly responds to the demands of multi-generational family living.
