On Sunday, August 2, the 34-year-old television host shared the sweetest message applauding husband Ben’s parenting skills.

“She called out ‘daddy?’ and he was there 30 seconds later,” Erin captioned the snapshot of Ben from the baby monitor in daughter Helen’s room. “But she was just talking in her sleep. He tucked her old tattered white teddy bear under her arm and crept back to our room. I don’t know what we’d do without you to scare away the monsters, @scotsman.co.”
Needless to say, we (and every other Home Town fan) are swooning over Ben and their little family’s love.
“What a blessing,” one Instagram user wrote. “My daughter watches you all with me and says she hopes❤️❤️ she finds a man like Ben.”
“What a guy!!! Makes us all love him more,” another chimed in.
“I fall in love with my husband a little more every time I see him being the best daddy to my little girls,” another added.
