Erykah Badu teases next DRAM collaboration
Four-time Grammy Award winner Erykah Badu is continuing to work with hip hop artist DRAM and said as much in a new podcast interview.
"He has a really particular way of delivering a song, his voice and his style. It's old and it's new. I'm impressed," she told Rap Radar.
Badu and DRAM had previously teamed up on "WiFi," which appeared on DRAM's debut studio album "Big Baby DRAM" which released in October. But there's more to it than that, she said.
"'WiFi' is actually part of our EP, but we're using it for the album right now," Badu explained, before returning to the topic of DRAM's creative abilities.
"He has something very special -- the way he writes, the way he performs, the way he fills up a room."
