Eva Longoria is staying true to her commitment to exercise every day by bouncing on her trampoline even while on holiday in Mexico.
The actor, 47, known for her love of 'rebounding', shared a video of her doing a range of bounces, squats, knee-ups, star-jumps and more while enjoying the mesmerising views – her take on being 'poolside'.
"Never miss a Monday!" her Instagram caption reads with a muscle emoji, the clip accompanied with Lizzo's About Damn Time.
Many of her her celeb pals showed their admiration of her dedication to fitness.
"You make me want to move my ass!!!" commented Nicole Scherzinger.
"We need to do a class together!!!!!!" said Kerry Washington.
Meanwhile, fashion designer Melissa Odabash left a string of fire emojis, while Alya Kattan, sister of Huda Beauty's Huda Kattan said "yassss" with another fire emoji.
"Go Eva Goooooooo," added actor Constance Marie, while Debra Messing asked, "You travel with your trampoline?!"
Fans also hailed her as their "motivation" and said, "You have transformed your body and you are stunning!!!"
Longoria previously told Women's Health she first got into rebounding in 2020, when she was stuck at home and wanted to switch up her exercise routine.
Recalling seeing her friend Elsa Collins post her Instagram trampoline workout, she said, "I was like, 'Oh my god, what are you doing? You look crazy,'" she told the magazine.
But Collins convinced her to try an online class with The Ness, a New York trampoline studio that also has a digital library of classes.
"First, I had to figure out how to jump on the thing," Longoria explained, before soon starting to bounce at least five times a week, "if not every day."
"It makes me present," she said. "You really have to focus on the routine and memorise the movements. They switch sides a lot, which can throw you off, so you have to be on top of it. I love that."
She also uses it to connect with her friends and family, who she made sure joined her when the class came to LA. "We're the sisterhood of the traveling trampolines," she said.
Her other favourite ways to stay fit physically and mentally include kettlebell flow classes, meditating, tracking her sleep, and sticking to just the one glass of wine at dinner – she's also an intermittent faster, who eats healthy meals but allows herself to enjoy the salty food she loves too.
"Olives, pretzels, popcorn, potato chips – that's my jam," she said. "I don't like sweets or chocolate, and people hate me for it. Bread too – I hate bread. I'm never tempted by the bread basket."
One thing is for certain, she moves her body every day, even when travelling. "If I have to wake up early and take a flight, when I land, I'll go for a walk because I didn't get to work out," she said. "Even if it's just stretching, I need to do something."
