The six-part limited series is inspired by the real life story of Griselda Blanco, a Colombian businesswoman turned drug lord who became 'The Godmother' of the criminal underworld of 1970s Miami, Florida.

Is there a trailer for Netflix's Griselda?
Yes, there is! The full length trailer dropped yesterday (30th November) and sees Sofia Vergara in a completely different role than anything else we've seen from her before.
In the trailer we get our first look at Sofia as the Griselda Blanco aka Black Widow and Cocaine Godmother, who was one of the most prolific Columbian drug lords in 1970s Miami.
The trailer sees Griselda at the peak of her success, various drug lords competitors wanting to take her down and at numerous times we see her fighting for her life.

What is Netflix's Griselda about?
The official Netflix synopsis reads, "Griselda is inspired by the life of the savvy and ambitious Griselda Blanco, who created one of the most profitable cartels in history.
