SINGAPORE — Singapore-based mixed martial arts (MMA) academy Evolve MMA has launched daily live-stream classes with its renowned line-up of coaches, starting from Monday (30 March).

The online classes are posted on its Facebook and YouTube pages, and are free for all to join. Each class will be a structured lesson and workout, with interactive question-and-answer sessions with the instructors.

There will be daily class schedules from 9am to 9.15pm, featuring lessons in all types of fight techniques – muay thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, MMA and Warrior Fit.

Evolve MMA had closed its doors on 27 March, with the Singapore government ordering all centre-based classes to be stopped and gatherings of 10 or more banned, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
