Highest psf for freehold transactions in 2018:
New Futura: A 7,836 sq ft unit sold for S$36.3 million (US$26.5 million) or $4,630 psf in May
Le Nouvel Ardmore: A 3,907sq ft unit sold for $16.8 million ($4,300 psf) in May
Le Nouvel Ardmore: A 3,821 sq ft unit sold for $15.7 million ($4,098 psf) in January
Highest psf for leasehold transactions in 2018:
Wallich Residence: A 3,509 sq ft unit sold for $16 million ($4,560 psf) in June
Wallich Residence: A 1,991 sq ft unit sold for $8.3 million ($4,179 psf) in July
Wallich Residence: A 958 sq ft unit sold for $3.7 million ($3,894 psf) in June
Lowest psf for freehold transactions in 2018:
Edelweiss Park Condominium: A 2,680 sq ft unit sold for $1.56 million ($582 psf) in January
The Petals: A 2,831 sq ft unit sold for $1.68 million ($593 psf) in April
Crystal Lodge: A 2,325 sq ft unit sold for $1.38 million ($594 psf) in May
Lowest psf for leasehold transactions in 2018:
Clementiwoods Condominium: A 3,197 sq ft unit sold for $1.65 million ($516 psf) in April
The Floravale: A 2,282 sq ft unit was sold for $1.19 million ($521 psf) in May
Kew Green: A 3,369 sq ft unit was sold for $1.78 million ($527 psf) in January
