Scripted by Rebecca Blunt, the feature film marks Soderbergh's first as a director since "Side Effects" and "Behind the Candelabra", both released in 2013.

A troupe of other well-known actors round out the cast, including Seth MacFarlane, Riley Keough, Katie Holmes, Katherine Waterston, Dwight Yoakam, Sebastian Stan, Brian Gleeson, Jack Quaid, and Hilary Swank.

"Logan Lucky" is slated for release in theatres on August 18.
