Say the words Florence Pugh and Valentino, and you're no doubt picturing that iconic totally transparent hot pink tulle gown worn by the actress to attend the fashion house's Autumn/Winter 22 show last July.
While the dress in itself was stunning, the backlash Flo received for her nipple-revealing look and her classy AF response further cemented the 'fit as a *moment*. And in turn, sparked a beautiful partnership between Florence and the brand, with Flo going pant-less to star in a new Valentino Rockstud campaign earlier this year.
But it's the 27-year-old's continued appearance at Valentino fashion shows we love to see. After keeping the naked dressing theme going repping a see-through sequin skirt back in March and a transparent lilac dress in July, she mixed it up at the Valentino SS24 Paris Fashion Week show yesterday in a look we're calling punk Barbie.
At first glance, Flo's pastel pink longline double-breasted blazer and wide-leg tailored trousers (designed by Valentino, natch) are chic, but a far more understated look to her previously daring ensembles. That is until we got a closer look at the three-piece and realised that rather than opting for a classic shirt or on-trend waistcoat, Flo was wearing a bra top constructed in the silhouette of a bow. Too cute.
Florence styled the saccharine outfit with a similarly hued shoulder bag with a gold chain handle and gold hoop earrings. She later added oversized wire-framed square sunglasses that, combined with her peroxide blonde pixie cut with gelled spikes added a punk twist.
We have only one word: stunning.
